Zingisa Motloba
A former partner in a Private Equity M&A practice, Zingisa also has extensive energy and infrastructure experience. She has served as a Senior Strategy Advisor on mega infrastructure projects in the Middle East and regionally. Zingisa also served in senior executive and company secretariat positions in a number of public and private sector entities.
Zingisa provides organisations with corporate Legal, ESG, DEI and Governance Services.
She is also an experienced speaker, trainer and facilitator.
Admitted as an attorney in 2002.
